1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2 A maximum of 20 entries per person is permitted.
1.3 All entrants must correctly answer the skill-based question for their entry to be valid.
1.4 Employees of Lucky 13 Competitions Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 The competition opens on 01/01/2026 at 00:13 and closes on 07/03/2026 at 13:13.
2.2 Entries must be submitted via the official Lucky 13 Competitions website with full and accurate personal details.
2.3 Free postal entry is available (see Section 8).
2.4 Only entries received before the closing date and time will be valid.
2.5 Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, incorrect, automated, or fail the skill-based question will be disqualified without refund.

3. Prize

3.1 One prize is available:

• PlayStation 5 – Slim Disc Edition

• 1 × DualSense Controller

3.2 The prize is brand new and boxed.
3.3 Retail value: £479.99.
3.4 A cash alternative of £300 is available at the winner’s request.
3.5 Free UK delivery will be provided to the winner.

4. Draw Process (ONE-SHOT DRAW)

4.1 A maximum of 1,000 ticket numbers will be available for this competition, numbered 1 to 1,000.

4.2 Not all ticket numbers may be allocated or sold.

4.3 The draw will be conducted using Google Random Number Generator, drawing one number only between 1 and 1,000.

4.4 This is a one-shot draw.
The number will be drawn once only, regardless of how many tickets have been sold.

4.5 If the number drawn does not correspond to an allocated (sold or valid free entry) ticket number, no redraw will take place and no winner will be declared for this competition.

4.6 A guaranteed winner will only be available if at least 40% of the total available tickets are allocated or if the competition sells out (all 1,000 tickets allocated).

4.7 If fewer than 40% of tickets are allocated, the draw will be conducted strictly as a One-Shot Draw and may result in no winner being declared.

5. Winner Notification

5.1 If a valid winning ticket is drawn, the winner will be announced during the live draw and contacted via email.
5.2 The winner must confirm their delivery details within 7 days of being contacted.
5.3 Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited.

6. Verification & Disqualification

6.1 Lucky 13 Competitions Limited reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.
6.2 Any entry found to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

7. General

7.1 By entering this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Lucky 13 Competitions Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary.
7.3 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Sony or Instagram.

8. Free Postal Entry (POSTCARD ONLY – ACCOUNT REQUIRED)

8.1 Free entry is available by post; however, postal entries must be submitted on a postcard only.
Entries sent in envelopes will not be accepted.

8.2 All postal entrants must also have a registered account on the Lucky 13 Competitions website.

8.3 To enter by post, send one postcard (no envelope) clearly stating:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Email address (must match a registered website account)

• Contact telephone number

• Correct answer to the skill-based question

• competition name or competition ID reference number

8.4 Postal entries will be manually verified upon receipt.
8.5 Only valid postal entries linked to an active website account will be accepted.
8.6 Once verified, one ticket number will be assigned to the entrant’s online account.
8.7 Postal entries received with incorrect details, no matching account, an incorrect answer, or submitted in an envelope will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the draw.
8.8 Postal entries must be received no later than 13/03/2026 at 13:13.
8.9 One postal entry per postcard.
