Free Postal Entry Route

Lucky 13 Competitions offers a free postal entry route for all competitions in order to ensure equal access and compliance with UK regulations.

How to Enter by Post

To enter a competition for free by post, send a clearly handwritten postcard including the following information:

  • your full name

  • your full postal address

  • your email address

  • your contact telephone number

  • the correct answer to the competition question

  • the competition ID number

Important Conditions

Only one (1) free postal entry per person per competition is permitted.

Each entry must be submitted on a separate postcard.

Multiple entries written on a single postcard will be void and will not be entered into the draw.

Postal entries must be clearly handwritten, legible and contain all required information.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or missing required information may be disqualified.

Duplicate postal entries from the same person for the same competition may be void.

Lucky 13 Competitions reserves the right to verify the validity of all postal entries.

Entries that appear to be submitted in bulk, automatically generated, or intended to circumvent the competition rules may be disqualified.


Delivery Method

Postal entries must be sent using a standard postal service.

Entries sent via Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, courier services, or deliveries requiring a signature upon delivery may not be accepted.

Postal entries must not be delivered in person to the company address. Any entries delivered by hand may not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw.


Account Requirement

Entrants submitting a postal entry must have a registered customer account on the Lucky 13 Competitions website in order for their entry to be allocated a ticket number.

Creating an account on the Lucky 13 Competitions website is free of charge.

Entrants must ensure that the name and email address provided on the postal entry match the details registered on their customer account.

Postal entries received from individuals who do not have an active customer account on the Lucky 13 Competitions website at the time the entry is processed may not be included in the draw.

Postal entries submitted using false details or details belonging to another person may be disqualified.


Timing

Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date.

Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.

Lucky 13 Competitions accepts no responsibility for postal entries lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected in transit.

All valid postal entries will be processed and allocated a random ticket number before the draw.
