2. Answer the Skill Question

• Every competition includes a skill-based question.
• You must answer this question for your entry to be eligible.
• Only entries with the correct answer will be included in the draw.

3. Enter the Competition

You may enter a competition using one of the following methods:

• Paid Entry – purchase entries online via our website checkout.
• Free Postal Entry – enter for free by post using the method described in our Terms & Conditions.

Important: Payment for an entry is taken regardless of whether the competition question is answered correctly. Only entries with correct answers will be included in the draw. Entry fees are non-refundable for incorrect answers, as payment relates to participation in the competition process and does not guarantee inclusion in the draw.

4. Draw Types

Depending on the competition, one of the following draw methods may apply:

• One-Shot Draw – a single random draw is carried out on the advertised draw date once the competition closes. If the number drawn corresponds to an unsold or invalid entry, no redraw will take place and no winner may be declared, unless otherwise stated on the competition page.
• Guaranteed Winner Draw – the draw is repeated until a valid, sold entry is selected, to ensure that a valid winner is declared. In some competitions, a guaranteed winner may only be activated once a specified minimum percentage of entries has been sold. Any such activation threshold will be clearly stated on the competition page.

The draw method and any applicable activation conditions are always displayed on the relevant competition page.

5. How the Draw Is Made

• Winners are selected using transparent and verifiable randomisation methods, which may include:
